Named for the kind of block where the porch lights stay on and the music carries down the street all night. Cherry and hazelnut bring out the bourbon's fruit-forward soul, topped with silky foam.
Ingredients
Good Trouble Bourbon
2 oz
Black cherry juice
¾ oz
Fresh lemon juice
¾ oz
Hazelnut orgeat
½ oz
Egg white or aquafaba
½ oz
Cherry + lemon wheel

Method
Dry-shake all ingredients without ice for 15 seconds to build the foam. Add ice and shake hard for 15 more. Double-strain into a chilled coupe. The foam rises on its own — drop a cherry in the center and let it sit.
