Blues Highway Mule

Highway 61 runs from New Orleans all the way to Minnesota — blues, soul, rock & roll, every great American road trip. This tall, ice-cold mule is the drink you want in your hand when the night opens up.

Fill a copper mule mug or tall highball with crushed ice. Add bourbon, lime juice, and blackberry syrup. Top with ginger beer and give it one easy stir from the bottom. Pile on the blackberries and lay a lime wheel against the side. Best served with good music playing.
