Ingredients
Good Trouble Bourbon
1½ oz
Fresh blueberry purée
1 oz
Elderflower liqueur (St-Germain)
½ oz
Fresh lemon juice
½ oz
Dry sparkling wine or cava
2 oz
Blueberry skewer + lemon twist

Method
Shake bourbon, blueberry purée, elderflower, and lemon juice over ice for 12 seconds. Double-strain into a chilled wine glass over a large ice sphere. Float sparkling wine on top — don't stir. Garnish with a blueberry skewer and expressed lemon twist.
