Customer Reviews
After placing my order, I did not receive clear communication about when it would be delivered. I called the number on the website to try to get clarity, but the person who answered was less than helpful and somewhat rude. She gave me an email address, but I never heard back from Dee. I was needing the delivery for a bourbon tasting event, and the delivery did not make it in time. The Bourbon is good, but the customer service was very disappointing.
I loved the Good Trouble Enthusiast Bundle. I had previously ordered the Limited Edition Small Batch, but the North Star was outstanding. Keep up the good work, and a shout out to the CEO, Dee Robinson it is "A movement, Not a Moment.
Excellent bourbon and great price!
Smooth excellent taste
One of the best in my collection. So smooth and easy to drink on the rocks, straight or in a cocktail. Hopefully it will come to the stores in my area soon.
