INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Good Trouble Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 dash of smoked bitters
  • Club soda
  • Smoked sea salt (for rimming)

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Rim a highball glass with smoked sea salt.
  • In a shaker filled with ice, combine Good Trouble Bourbon, maple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and smoked bitters.
  • Shake well and strain into the prepared highball glass.
  • Top with club soda.
  • Garnish with a lemon peel.
